Villas & Accommodations
Vais Luxury Villas offers four private villas-South Villa, West Villa, Easy Villa, and a Two-Bedroom Villa-each with a private heated pool and a terrace overlooking the harbor and the Ionian Sea. The villas include a kitchenette, air conditioning, and streaming services, plus Missoni bathrobes for an extra layer of comfort. Guests can book a paid airport shuttle, and upon arrival, a welcome pack with fruits and basic pantry items (salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar) is provided.
Services
The host, Vagelis, offers 24/7 assistance via WhatsApp and arranges local services such as boat trips to Navagio Beach and the Blue Caves, front-row sunbeds at the Beach Club, and dinner reservations at nearby restaurants. Daily housekeeping ensures the villas are cleaned and fresh every day, and fresh meals can be ordered (€10-€20) and delivered within 30 minutes. Luggage storage and private check-in/check-out are available, and street parking is free.
Leisure
The property has an outdoor swimming pool for each villa, with a pool with a view of the sea and surrounding islands, and a heated pool option (€80 per day). Sun loungers, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and pool/beach towels are placed around each pool. The outdoor area also includes a BBQ facility, a garden, and outdoor furniture for al fresco dining.
Points of Interest
Agios Nikolaos Beach is a 16-minute walk from the villas, and the area offers multiple family-run restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Nearby activities include canoeing, hiking, horse riding, and boat excursions to Navagio Beach and the Blue Caves. Zakynthos International Airport is 27 km away, and Agios Dionysios Church is also 27 km from the property.

A range of body treatments, facial treatments, and massages (back, foot, full body, hand, head, neck) are offered on site, with a massage chair available.
